Tasting Event at Hyperion

On August 1, 2017 one of our brews was released for the very first time.
Hyperion Brewing Company offered us the chance to brew on their one barrel system in a collaboration of sorts in which our recipe would be available in their tap room. We jumped at the opportunity presented to us and without hesitation accepted their proposal.
Our Irish Red Ale was tapped at Hyperion for a private event on August 1st and then was made available to the public the following day. Our Irish Red Ale had a 4.6% ABV and 30 IBUs and we were very pleased with the outcome. We look forward to working with Hyperion Brewing Company again soon!
